Saunas
Feel refreshed and relaxed in the Finnish sauna! Our renovated and comfortable saunas are available for you. The room rates of the wellness Hotel Haaga Central Park always include the use of our relaxing saunas and swimming pool.
Hotel guests may use the separate saunas for men and women:
Swimming pool
Enjoy a refreshing swim and a relaxing water massage at our pool, which is the largest hotel pool in Helsinki. The length of the four-lane pool is 17 metres.
A wide variety of guided water exercise classes are offered at the hotel’s swimming pool. The yellow Fit Haaga classes are free for hotel guests. Tickets for the blue Hydrohex classes can be purchased on Hydrohex's website. During the times marked with white bars, the pool is fully available for swimmers and independent water aerobics participants. Please note that during guided water exercise classes, the pool is divided between swimmers and water aerobics participants.

The swimming pool and lockers are available for hotel guests:
Locks for the lockers can be borrowed from the gym and the reception. Please note that all lockers are emptied every evening at 10:00 PM.
The hotel also offers excellent wellness services, including treatments and fitness services.
